Our Executive Team

Peter C. Patch
MA, MBA, PsyD, BCBA-D
CEO & President
Dr. Peter C. Patch, CEO & President, received his BA in Psychology from the University of Vermont in 1987, MA in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of the Pacific in 1990, PsyD in Clinical Psychology in 2000 from the California School of Professional Psychology, and MBA from Florida Institute of Technology in 2014. He is a licensed behavior analyst in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New York; and a licensed psychologist in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, and Florida. He founded Northeast Family Services in 2003, providing individualized behavioral and psychotherapeutic supports to families in their homes and communities in Rhode Island. Steadily over the years, Northeast Family Services has grown in the number and types of programmatic supports they have provide to the point where they serve more than 1000 families through intensive in-home services and another 1000 individuals through office-based services in twelve offices across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and Maine. He currently serves as President and CEO of Northeast Family Services where he oversees the overall operation and its ongoing expansion.

Nidhi Turner
MSW, LICSW
Executive Vice President
Nidhi Turner, Executive Vice President, received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Connecticut and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Boston College. Nidhi has almost 20 years experience working with children, youth and families in a variety of settings including residential, school, hospital and community based environments. Nidhi has been working in community and home-based treatment for almost 15 years in Massachusetts and has been with Northeast Family Services since 2012. Through her time with NFS she has served as Supervisor, Program Director, Clinical Director and Vice President.

Helene Murphy
Sr. Vice President of Business Development
Helene received her M.Ed. in Organizational Behavior from Boston University in 1980 and has over 30 years’ experience working in the Behavioral Health field. She has worked with children, families, and adults in states around the country. Helene’s experience has allowed her to work within outpatient mental health and substance use disorder settings, as well as residential treatment centers. Helene currently works to expand services across the spectrum and facilitate Northeast Family Services’ growth.
