Individual Therapy
Mental health problems are real. They affect one's thoughts, body, feelings, and behavior. They can be severe, seriously interfere with a person's life. Individual therapy is tailored for a client and administered one-on-one. Goals for therapy are created by the collaboration of the therapist and the client to create an overall improvement in daily functioning and quality of life.

Individual Therapy with youth uses a variety of activities to establish communication with the therapist and resolve problems. Therapists work with the child to express emotions and problems that would be too difficult to discuss without assistance.

-
Family Therapy
Family therapy is facilitated by a therapist, sometimes with the entire family group and sometimes with individuals. Family therapy helps family members improve their understanding of and the ways in which they respond to one another. It can educate individuals about the nature of mental disorders, overcoming differences in communication styles and abilities, and working as a family unit to meet treatment goals.

-
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy involves discussion and problem-solving sessions facilitated by a therapist. At times, it may include both partners or sometimes be administered individually. This type of therapy can help couples improve their understanding of each other and the ways in which they respond to one another.

-
Group Therapy
Group Threapy is facilitated by a therapist and will include up to 8 patients per group. This therapy format enables the participants to development socialization and communication skills, express their needs, and to accept feedback from others in similar situations. Group therapy promotes listening and empathy skills by sharing experiences from the perspectives of other participants.
Medication Management

During an evaluation, our practitioners will take the time to understand your concerns and what types of symptoms are bothersome. After the initial assessment, the practitioners will walk you through a treatment plan designed with your needs in mind. If medication is indicated, our practitioner will then walk you through the medication’s effects, potential side-effects, usage, and course of treatment.
